With over 20 years experience working with children, adolescents, and families across a variety of settings, I take a strength-based, person-centered approach to counseling.   As a member of the military community and mother to 2 sons, I bring both professional experience and real-world perspective to my work. This perspective allows me to connect authentically with you while providing clinical support along your journey. I am dedicated to providing individualized care that empowers clients to build insight, develop practical tools, and move towards meaningful, sustainable growth. 

A portion of my practice focuses on reunification therapy and therapeutic visitation support where I assist families strengthen relationships. Using evidence-based practices, I tailor my approach to meet each families unique needs. Whether facilitating therapeutic family sessions or providing families a space to reconnect in the community, I am committed to meeting the needs of the family, helping the family unit achieve their identified goals.
